About Goutam Dey
Photography Educator & Heritage Documentarian
Goutam Dey is a dedicated photography educator and cultural documentarian focused on preserving visual records of historic architecture, archaeological sites, socio-cultural practices, and riverine heritage in eastern India.
Through the BHARATCHITRAM platform, his core mission is twofold: to document vulnerable physical heritage with high fidelity and compositional authenticity, and to train aspiring photographers in technical mastery, fieldwork discipline, and ethical storytelling.
